SKETCH est anim\u00e9 par la ferme conviction que si les jeunes cr\u00e9ent et s'\u00e9panouissent dans les arts, ils d\u00e9velopperont des comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de leadership et d'autosuffisance.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l'on parle aux artistes de SKETCH, il est \u00e9vident que l'impact qu'ils ont eu sur leur communaut\u00e9 et le changement radical qu'ils ont inspir\u00e9 sont \u00e9vidents. La vid\u00e9o ci-dessous pr\u00e9sente Joel Zola, un ancien \u00e9l\u00e8ve, qui a connu le sans-abrisme pendant 7 ans. Il est aujourd'hui le directeur ex\u00e9cutif de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.streetvoices.ca\/\">Les voix de la rue<\/a>Il dit que SKETCH a eu un impact transformateur sur sa vie.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Faites un investissement d&#039;impact gr\u00e2ce au projet SKETCH&#039;s Project Home !\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Wew0HMeNxSk?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/tapestrycapital.ca\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h5>Au fil des ans, SKETCH a \u00e9t\u00e9 contraint de d\u00e9placer son lieu de programmation \u00e0 plusieurs reprises.<\/h5>\n<p>En tant que locataires, ils \u00e9taient toujours \u00e0 la merci de leurs propri\u00e9taires et victimes de la hausse des loyers en ville. Ils ont finalement trouv\u00e9 un logement en 2014, dans un centre communautaire et un ancien b\u00e2timent d'\u00e9cole publique appartenant \u00e0 ArtScape. C'\u00e9tait tout ce qu'ils avaient esp\u00e9r\u00e9 - 9 000 pieds carr\u00e9s qui comprennent une cuisine commerciale, un studio d'enregistrement, un studio de c\u00e9ramique, un espace de bureau pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs besoins, et bien plus encore.<\/p>\n<h2>En 2018, une opportunit\u00e9 incroyable s'est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e.<\/h2>\n<p>SKETCH a eu l'occasion d'acheter son espace pour transformer son projet en un projet d'entreprise. <em>domicile<\/em> en un <em>foyer permanent<\/em>. Ils savaient que leur bail actuel pr\u00e9voyait une augmentation de loyer de 4,5% chaque ann\u00e9e, ce qui signifiait que s'ils n'achetaient pas, ils devraient d\u00e9m\u00e9nager dans seulement 5 ans. Nous avons lanc\u00e9 une \u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9, et ensemble nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que les obligations communautaires pouvaient \u00eatre une solution tr\u00e8s durable pour cr\u00e9er un espace permanent et durable pour leur programmation. En plus de cela, cela pourrait \u00eatre une chance de construire des liens encore plus forts avec leur communaut\u00e9 de supporters.<\/p>\n<h5>Entrez dans le lien d'accueil du projet SKETCH.<\/h5>\n<p>SKETCH a obtenu un pr\u00eat hypoth\u00e9caire de $1.1 million aupr\u00e8s d'Alterna Savings et s'est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 lever $1.52 en capital. Pour atteindre leur objectif total de $4,02 millions, ils ont pris la d\u00e9cision de lever $1,4 millions en obligations communautaires, ce qui leur a finalement permis d'acheter leur studio et leur espace administratif.<\/p>\n<h3>Leur campagne a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour permettre \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail de personnes d'investir, avec un point d'entr\u00e9e aussi bas que $500.<\/h3>\n<p>Ils vendent \u00e9galement une obligation de don, ce qui est une premi\u00e8re au Canada. L'obligation g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse permet \u00e0 un investisseur d'acheter une obligation et de faire don des int\u00e9r\u00eats qu'elle rapporte.
