At the same time, there is a need for greater, and more meaningful participation of communities in affordable housing projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tapestry Community Capital is leading the development of a social finance program, specifically designed to meet these complex needs of affordable housing providers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tapestry has been shortlisted by the <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca\/en\/professionals\/project-funding-and-mortgage-financing\/funding-programs\/all-funding-programs\/housing-supply-challenge\/round-2-housing-supply-challenge\/round-2-applicants\">CMHC Housing Supply Challenge<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> program to work on this idea.
