Elle nous rejoint cet \u00e9t\u00e9 en tant qu'analyste en finance sociale dans le cadre du programme Propel Impact Analyst. Hayley apporte son soutien \u00e0 des projets visant \u00e0 rendre les obligations communautaires plus accessibles et plus attrayantes pour les investisseurs particuliers.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<div id=\"attachment_2747\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2747\" class=\"wpa-warning wpa-image-missing-alt wp-image-2747 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/tapestrycapital.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Headshot-Mountains-300x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" data-warning=\"Missing alt text\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-2747\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hayley Ngo<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hayley vit \u00e0 Calgary et entame sa quatri\u00e8me ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de Calgary. Elle suit un double cursus en finance et en anglais \u2013 une combinaison unique qui allie esprit d'analyse et solides comp\u00e9tences en communication. Un profil id\u00e9al pour notre travail dans le domaine de la finance sociale !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l'impact a commenc\u00e9 avec <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cartographier le syst\u00e8me<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un concours sur la pens\u00e9e syst\u00e9mique organis\u00e9 par des \u00e9tudiants. Elle a men\u00e9 des recherches sur les difficult\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 mentale auxquelles sont confront\u00e9s les \u00e9tudiants de premier cycle canadiens, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de probl\u00e8mes quotidiens ou de lacunes syst\u00e9miques plus importantes. Cette exp\u00e9rience a suscit\u00e9 chez elle un engagement durable en faveur de la lutte contre la stigmatisation et de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux ressources.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis lors, Hayley s\u2019est engag\u00e9e au sein de l\u2019Alliance pour les Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable, o\u00f9 elle travaille \u00e0 la sensibilisation et \u00e0 la mobilisation sur le campus. C\u2019est \u00e9galement l\u00e0 qu\u2019elle a d\u00e9couvert Propel Impact, une association nationale \u00e0 but non lucratif qui propose aux jeunes des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les domaines de l\u2019innovation sociale et de l\u2019investissement \u00e0 impact social au Canada. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur fonds d\u2019investissement \u00e0 impact social de Calgary, Hayley a acquis une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me canadien de l\u2019investissement \u00e0 impact social, en pleine expansion, et elle se r\u00e9jouit de continuer \u00e0 explorer des parcours professionnels enrichissants dans ce secteur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu'est-ce qui a attir\u00e9 Hayley chez Tapestry ? La capacit\u00e9 des liens communautaires \u00e0 donner aux gens les moyens d'investir directement dans les projets qui leur tiennent \u00e0 c\u0153ur. \u201c La finance alternative peut sembler abstraite au premier abord \u201d, explique-t-elle. \u201c Mais <\/span><b>C'est vraiment passionnant de travailler au sein d'une \u00e9quipe qui aide les gens \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer les liens communautaires comme une v\u00e9ritable alternative.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u201d <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elle tient tout particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 apporter le point de vue d'une jeune investisseuse particuli\u00e8re afin de rendre les obligations communautaires plus faciles \u00e0 comprendre et plus accessibles pour ceux qui d\u00e9butent dans l'investissement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En dehors du travail, Hayley aime faire du crochet (un passe-temps qu\u2019elle a d\u00e9couvert pendant la pand\u00e9mie et qui est devenu une v\u00e9ritable passion !), d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux restaurants, jouer au badminton et passer du temps avec sa famille.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous sommes ravis d'accueillir Hayley au sein de notre \u00e9quipe et remercions Propel d'avoir rendu ce partenariat possible.
