Parall\u00e8lement, il est n\u00e9cessaire que les collectivit\u00e9s participent davantage et de mani\u00e8re plus significative aux projets de logements sociaux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tapestry Community Capital pilote la mise en place d'un programme de finance sociale sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins complexes des acteurs du logement abordable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tapestry a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par le <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca\/en\/professionals\/project-funding-and-mortgage-financing\/funding-programs\/all-funding-programs\/housing-supply-challenge\/round-2-housing-supply-challenge\/round-2-applicants\">D\u00e9fi de l'offre de logements de la SCHL<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> programme visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper cette id\u00e9e.
