Ottawa Community Land Trust has a vision to make housing affordable — forever. The organisation secures affordable housing, from buying existing rental properties to take them off the market and keep them affordable to buying vacant land for future affordable housing developments. With an ethos of “community empowering community” baked in, community bonds are a great fit.

Ottawa Community Land Trust plans to raise investment to create a fund it’ll use to buy properties and preserve affordable units as opportunities arise.
