Our values

We’re not ready to accept extractive capitalism as our only option. We believe in a different path forward—one that distributes wealth more fairly and stewards land and resources sustainably. And we have real-life proof it’s possible: community bonds.

Communities know what they need to thrive. Distant corporations and private interests shouldn’t control the land and infrastructure communities rely on. Instead, local organizations should own land and essential projects like housing and renewable energy.

Time off

We offer three weeks vacation to start, plus flexible health days, time off for community-building activities, half-day Fridays all summer, and a two-week org-wide shut down at the end of the calendar year. Plus your birthday as a paid vacation!

Health and retirement

A comprehensive organizational health benefits plan, plus a discretionary health spending account. We also match RRSP contributions up to 3%.

Remote work

We work primarily from home and our hours are flexible. Some Toronto-based team members spend one day a week in our coworking space office, to host meetings and build connections. Team members have autonomy to decide how and where they work best.
